Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers who receive wrong or damaged items. If you are concerned, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org by sending us pictures of the damaged items and we will do what is necessary to refund you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size / color?
At the moment, we do not offer exchanges. If you are not sure which size is best for you, take a look at our size guides: we have one for each item listed on our store, in the product description section. Although this is rare, it is possible that an item you ordered is incorrectly labeled. If so, please let us know at email@example.com within one week of receiving your order. Fill in your order number and photos of the mislabelled item, and we'll send you a new one, or refund your money!
Any complaints regarding incorrectly printed, damaged or defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks of receipt of the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed to be an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Notification to EU consumers: In accordance with Article 16 (c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal cannot be intended for:
1. the supply of goods which are manufactured to the consumer's specifications or which are clearly personalized;
2.sealed goods which have been unsealed after delivery and which therefore cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene,
Printful therefore reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
